Each project begins with a consultation to understand and reflect your taste and desires while recognising any site-specific concerns.

Consultations usually take one hour and there is a charge associated with this of between $150.00 - $200.00 including GST. During this session, we listen to your thoughts and propose some initial ideas to further articulate your requirements.

If current site plans of your property are not available, we will need to undertake a detailed site survey for the creation of design plans. Costs will be advised if this is necessary.

Once all information has been collated we will start to develop a landscape concept plan. This is to scale and defines the layout of the garden showing hardscaping, areas of the garden, lawn, and location of any special design features such as a water feature. The plan will show areas for specific use as well as identify needs such as screening for privacy. Suggestions are made for construction materials taking into account your visual style preference.

On completion of the concept plan, a planting plan can be produced. This provides information on the layout of plants and is essentially a map of your garden for planting purposes. It contains a schedule that lists the plant’s name including photo, grade, quantities, and notes such as spacing requirements.

At this point, you can either choose to install the garden yourself or allow us to coordinate the entire process for you including project management, coordination of contractors, and supply of plants.
